Good day @Kal_Lam, I am having the exact same issue, and even after sorting out all the issues as identified by the validator, I still get the same error. I have tried everything that comes to mind. The issue started when I added an additional language, I have doubled checked all the column labels and everything seems perfect. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I am not sure if you saw my post but thought I would just ping you directly as well as I am on a tight timeline with the project.
I am getting the above error when I try to preview my form. Have you ever come across this before? I have tried everything to try and mitigate it, but nothing works. It started when I added additional languages. Are you able to assist? I can’t share the file one open forum as it is work related.
@johnnie_tolken, have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues in your form that are affecting the preview?
If you are still having issues, previewing please share with the community a screenshot of your issue. The community should be able to understand it pictorially and help you solve your issue.
