Problem in Case management (unique P_SN)

Hi guys,

a small issue i am facing with case management…
Once P_SN id is entered in parent project… like 111
i don’t want the repetition of the same id to be fed again. in the parent project (111 in this case)

Do we have have some measures to prevent it? Duplication of data is happening

somehow this feature got activated and the id’s which were already entered prevented duplicate entry… But i dont know how this thing works.
Can u help?
