Do we need to pay money for our savers to be working?
Sorry did not understand your issue. But, please be informed that if you are on the community plan you should be able to collect a total of 5k submissions monthly and also store a total of 1GB of media files to your account. If you wish to exceed this threshold, then you will need to upgrade your account to a paid plan or even purchase storage add-ons if you only wish to increase your storage space. You could do this from under the ACCOUNTS>Plans.
