I solved this through opening the account from the same server. Please check this page for the separation:
System doesn’t allow adding a new user. Pops up an error message “user not found” and impossible to create a new user.
I am is the same server “kf.toolbox.org” so it is not a server issue.
Please advise on possible solution,

Welcome to the community, @rreis2025! Please note that when sharing your project with another user, it is essential that they are registered on the same server where your account was created. For instance, if your account is set up on the Global Server, you can only share your projects with users who are also on the Global Server. Similarly, if your account is on the EU Server, you can only share your project with users who registered under the EU Server. Unfortunately, projects cannot be shared across different servers; for example, you cannot share a project from the Global Server with users on the EU Server, and vice versa.
