Kobotoolbox has been slower responsive for a few weeks now, but nothing too serious. However. every day, between 2pm and 4pm (UTC time), I am having trouble using the Kobotoolbox platform. Operations have been slower to perform and sometimes the server crashes (code 503).
Today, for example, I’m having difficulties loading a new XLSform into the platform. The loading is not completing. The page keeps loading forever like this:
Can anyone tell me why this happens? Thanks.

I validated as requested and it seems there is no problem with the form.
What is the tentative question length and the choices length of your XLSForm? Are they long enough?
Apparently don´t matter the size. I tried forms with small questions and small choices too and the problem persists.
Maybe you could share your XLSForm with the community. The community should be able to help you solve your issue?
A few days ago, I had the same problem.
Maybe you could clear the cache of the browser if this should happen again.
