Problem while downloading report

Recently I have been facing an issue in the Kobo toolbox.

While downloading reports using the “shareable link”, multiple reports are getting downloaded automatically.

Could you please help me with this? @Kal_Lam

I tried this on a Chrome browser.

Did you open through the Shareable link?
because on opening via sharable link, this page you shared does not opens .

@kobotool_fmch, you will need to log in to your account. It seems that you are still not logged in. Or are you having issues logging in to your account to download the data?

Downloading the file when I’m logged into my Kobo account works perfectly, and only the single file downloads as expected. However, there seems to be a problem with users who only have view access (the link I shared in my last email).

Ideally, users with view access should be able to download the file without needing to log in to a Kobo account.

Is there any problem with the link, which is causing this?

@mar_haba, cc: @mar_haba (welcome to the community!), please be informed that if you go under the SETTINGS>Sharing, you will find these two options as shown in the image below:


Please note that if you check Anyone can view this form, anyone with the URL will be able to view this form, Similarly, if you check Anyone can view submissions made to this form, anyone with the URL will be able to view the submissions.

Having checked the same I can confirm that I had no issues downloading the data that was public. I even checked with your URL and could download the data. Please note, that it did not download multiple data as you report.
