We have recently created a form to use as a IBV application for beneficiaries. We have received complaints that they are unable to submit a form and receive an error message, “This name or identifier for registration already exists.”
Is there a way to resolve this issue that does not require using a different device?

Would you kindly let us know the server you are using (OCHA or HHI)? In addition would you also share with us a screenshot of the error message so that we are able to view the issue you are having at your end. In addition also please let us know the mode of data collection (i.e. through Enketo or through KoBoCollect android app) that you are using. This should help us better understand your issue.

Just out of curiosity, could you try the process again and confirm whether you still have the issue. I need to confirm if some more recent system update has resolved your issue.
