Project Disappears in Kobo Humanitarian Server

Hello Support,
I have a project created in the Kobo Humanitarian server which i have been receiving submissions and able to download data with no issues. Unfortunately, recently the project has disappeared from my dashboard. I thought it’s archived but it’s not under the archive list. the strange part is that i am able to successfully submit entries using enketo but I can’t retrieve data.
Kindly note that I am the owner of the project
I will really appreciate your advice.

Hi @hakan_cetinkaya . Yes. I am able to see other projects but this particular one has strangely disappeared.

@hakan_cetinkaya. out of the 94 projects, I owe 91 and 4 are by another user.

@kimanikihiu, have you also shared this project with other users? Have you also shared your login credentials with other users? Asking this as the projects would not get automatically deleted from the server unless you delete them manually.

@Kal_Lam. I have not shared the project with any other KOBO user . I have shared login details with only 2 of my colleagues whom I have asked if they may have mistakenly deleted the project but they say they didn’t.
I am just wondering if its possible to successfully submit entries if the project is deleted. Currently We are able to submit entries but not sure where the submissions are.

I managed to retrieve the project. One of my colleagues mistakenly renamed it. Thanks for the support
