Problem
- What problem are you trying to solve? For whom? Which users are experiencing this issue?
I have a growing number of KOBO projects and for both myself and those using our system, the list of projects is getting very long. It is time-consuming and impractical to scroll through all of them everytime a new project is started.
- Why is solving this problem urgent? Why is it important?
It is leading to complaints about the time needed to fill out multiple forms and is making it hard for admin to keep track of them all. It is leading to a desire to combine forms just to keep the list shorter.
Proposal
- How should we be solving this issue in practice (e.g., what would be the step by step workflow)?
Allow us to create ‘folders’ that the projects can sit in. An expandable menu system that allows like-topics to be grouped under certain headings would cut down on the scrolling needed to find the right one and keep things organised.
