Some new projects are missing/not showing among my projects while I can see older ones. The form is deployed and is used by people to fill in data and submit but I can’t see it in my projects section. This problem happened previously, and was solved on its own… unfortunately now it is back! What might be the reason/solution?
Welcome to the community, @rulab! Did you mean a project disappeared from the server? Are you the admin of the project or was it a project owned by someone else and shared with your account?

Yes I am the owner of the project and I shared the link of the form with people to submit the data. The link works perfectly. But I can’t see the project in my account.
@rulab, the project disappears if and only if you delete the project manually from the server manually. Feel free to reach us at support@kobotoolbox.org with the following details to see if we are able to retrieve it back for you.
- Username
- Email ID registered with the account
- Project name you wish to retrieve
I did not delete it.
