We have designed the below form (BAP_V02.xlsx (13.8 KB), which is supposed to fetch data from a list.list_V01.csv (602 Bytes) However, after publishing, the data is not being fetched.
Could you please check it?

Please use ' instead of " as outlined in the support article Pull Data Functionality in KoboToolbox. And that should solve your issue.
