Buena tarde, tengo un formulario de registro que contiene ID, nombre y sexo. Estoy intentando Vincular dinámicamente un formulario a sí mismo, que al crear un nuevo registro con ID, si ya existe en ingresos anteriores, lo que haga es traer ya la informacion, del nombre y sexo con la informacion ya diligenciada y si no esta, permita la creacion de un nuevo registro.
No se en donde lo estoy haciendo mal.
