Pulling Data Into Excel Power Query - display language issue

Hi All,

Since the last update of kobo toolbox in regards of the new project interface,
and the link method for extracting and share data publicly, is no longer available,

we have standard link method :
https://support.kobotoolbox.org/pulling_data_into_excelquery.html

But I am still searching for a way to get my form data in kobo to excel query as assigned display language, not XML values of the kobo data form

i have tried many attempts of using API by adding “?lang” parameter to the URL
https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/data/xxxx.xls - but no way!

Any real updates on this ? as i have seen many posts talk about this issue.
