Randomization & Fixed Position

Who would be having an idea on how I can work around randomizing answer options and making None to remain fixed?

Short answer: no. The randomize() function will randomize all the select options; there is no way to exclude a particular one. Could you perhaps rephrase your question(s) to first ask “Can you answer such-n-such?”, and then only show the (randomized) select list if they answer yes?
