Ranking or Matrix question not showing in data anlyser

Hi All

I have been carrying out some short test surveys to ensure competence with the format and the device. I have tried ranking and matrix questions 3 times in different surveys and each time I cannot analyse it in the data analyser.

I wonder is this an issue that someone else has come across?

Hi Karen,
This may be a bug in the Excel Analyser template, which was created by OCHA. I’m hoping the guys can weigh in on it and hopefully include a fix.
