Hello I have the same problem. All submissions are missing the same large set of data both in the table and download options although the questions are asked and answered on the kobocollect app. However, it seems that these data are visible on the kobocollect app submissions list. (And there are no rating or ranking questions)

Unfortunately, downloading the XLS old version is not working for now, it seems to be indefinitely pending.

Please help us with this urgent issue.
