Record queued for submission in kobotoolbox

I am seeing the message “Record queued for submission. Queued records are uploaded automatically…” when submitting my form. I have already waited more than 5 minutes as mentioned, but no data is uploading — everything stays in the queue. This issue is happening for all users. Why is this happening, and how can we fix or disable this behavior?

and even turn on allow submission without username and password.

Kindly help me resolve this soon as we are pending the work.

Can you indicate which Kobo server you are using? eg Global (kf.kobotoolbox.org), EU (eu.kobotoolbox.org), or perhaps a private server?

[FWIW I’m able to successfully submit to Global and EU at this time].

I am using ee. other scripting has no issue and particularly one of the scripting has this issue. check all the conditions and scripting but found no issue there.
