Does anyone know how to redirect respondents to a different website based on a condition (e.g. if user selects an option, then redirect, else just submit)? I know there is return_url, but it does not seem like it is “dynamic”.

Welcome to the community, @ykim! Yes the return_url is not dynamic. It’s static.
