We are having this issue as well. We have recieved all but one observation. We have verified that it was sent. We checked the settings, it is the correct server. the time of the device was off by two hours. Can you help us?

Dear Kal_Lam,
I have added some photos to my reply in the forum showing the sent form and server settings. We are just missing 1 form now out of 58 sent, many from same device. The device time was off by 2hrs. Could you help us sync the data and server?
FYI, it was the obs sent at 17:33, 2nd one from the top in the sent forms picture.

Hi Kal, yes exactly, the one obs. does not show in the data section of the project (when logged in on kf.kobotoolbox.org).
Can you force it to “sync” and become visible?

Yes, it is under Sent Forms on the device. It is still on device and we can view it.
@Kal_Lam it is viewable under Send Forms on the device. How shall we proceed?

@reachjonathan, would you mind sharing the following information through a private message so that I could have a closer look at your case:
- Username
- Project name
- Server

@reachjonathan, I don’t think there is a sync issue as I see both the counts to be the same:
Maybe someone could have deleted the submission from the server.
We are quite convinced we did not delete it. Is there any way to recover the observation?
