Release Notes - KoBoCAT - version 2.020.39

Version 2.020.39 was deployed to https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/ and https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/ on Thursday, 24 September 2020 at 23:00 UTC. This release affects KoBoCAT only.

The changes are as follows:

  • Added more supported audio and video formats for media uploads (#640, #641)
  • Support the OpenRosa formID param in formList, which should increase performance for accounts that have large numbers of forms (#650)
    • NOTE: We are trying to make the service as resilient as possible, but we encourage you to open multiple accounts instead of having hundreds, or thousands, of projects on a single account. Accounts with such a large number of projects are taxing on the servers, and if such an account causes a service disruption, it will be blocked until the KoBo staff has agreed upon a mitigation plan with the account owner.
  • Remove old check for ziggy (#645)
