The best solution that come to my mind is to add a formula to count the total number option selected in each question and keep them in measure. I made and example file for you.

How to select one option and de-select the rest of the options in select-multiple

Hi all, I use select multiple function and would avoid users errors in selecting different responses that are can’t be together. Please see below: [image] If I choose [e] Not Applicable, [a],[b] [c] and [d] shouldn’t be selected. Please advise. Thanks. [image]
