In my form, I have a repeat group (r1) and there is another repeat group inside it (r2). The form is deployed well, The r1 group works well with the first input, and the r2 appears well. When I start the second input for the r1, the r2 group appears like (+) only and I need to click on (+) to show the questions of r2. How to solve this?
