Repeating log-in screen when trying to access a web form

I’m trying to log in so I can access a web form and submit data.

What’s happening instead?

User log-in with MFA is enabled (which I want) but when I open a web form and enter my credentials to log-in, I keep getting the same log-in screen coming up again and again when I enter my credentials and select “submit”. It will not take me to the form. I tried clearing browser history and trying both in Chrome and Edge and the same thing keeps happening.

Welcome to the forum!

To send data while using MFA, you must first log in to your account through the login page:
KoboToolbox

After that, in the same browser, open your form. You should then be properly authenticated and able to submit data.

Also If you have MFA activated, consider using a different account for data collection.
