In the Form Overview section, if I click the “More Options” button, and then choose the “Replace with XLS” option, I get to choose a file on my computer. I select the .xls file but then nothing happens - the file is not even uploaded - I checked the Network tab in Chrome and it doesn’t get sent. This seems pretty crucial that it’s broken. Or am I missing something?
I encounter the same issue. Also, if i try to delete any deployed projects, it does not respond as well.

This is a known issue we are working on. On kf.kobotoolbox.org you can replace forms as long as the form you’re uploading is saved as XLSX (instead of XLS). On kobo.humanitarianresponse.info this fix will be deployed soon.
