@h_videm, I would like to know when you last experienced any issues viewing your report. Have you made any changes to the questions in your form? If so, could you please specify which parts you modified? This information would greatly assist me in troubleshooting your issue. Additionally, I want to share that when I downloaded your form, uploaded it to my account, and conducted some test submissions, I encountered no problems with the report. It seems likely that the issues may have arisen after your changes to the questions. If you can remember the specifics of those changes, it would be very helpful, especially considering that your form has been redeployed around 28 times. One of those redeployments may have caused the issue.
