Request for Assistance with Data Access

Dear Kobo Toolbox Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to collect data using Kobo Toolbox Collector.

Yesterday, I accepted a request from my colleague to take ownership of the AWD/Cholera Response Form for the Kismayo District (June 2024 CATI Approach). However, I am unable to access the data; I can only see the submissions but cannot download the previous data.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your help.
