Our office IP address 119.13.57.168 is currently unable to access or submit forms to KoboToolbox (kf.kobotoolbox.org). The connection times out for all users on our local network, while mobile data works fine.
Could a System Administrator please kindly help whitelist/unblock our IP address 119.13.57.168?

We have checked with our team, and we can confirm that we’re not blocking that IP address on our side. Everything looks normal from our end. The issue is likely related to the local ISP or something in the network configuration on your side.
You are correct—we confirmed that the issue is strictly on our local ISP (Metfone Cambodia). Their international routing to kf.kobotoolbox.org is currently failing on our office connection, while other domains (including this community forum) work normally.
We have reached out to Metfone to resolve the routing issue. In the meantime, using Cloudflare WARP (1.1.1.1) resolves the issue for our team. Thanks again for your support!
