REST service submissions have stopped again on the global server (kf.kobotoolbox.org), sometime after 2.20 pm india time. Can you please help?

@aaj, @bfabian333, this issue should not be there in both our public servers (the Global Server and the EU server). I just made a test and was able to pass it for my account.

It is working now. Yesterday (India time) a number of REST service submissions for multiple forms got fired very late, some hours after the form submissions were made. REST service submission seem to be working now
