REST service submissions are not being sent for kobotoolbox form submissions since this morning (India time).
We are using the Global server (kf.kobotoolbox.org). Form urls start with ee.kobotoolbox.org)
For one of our forms, in the last 3 hours or so, REST service submission has happened for only 2 of the 9 form submissions.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Same here since yesterday. Some are sent hours later. But others are lost
@dev_fiinafas , this happened a few days ago as well, when some REST service submissions got sent hours later.
I had the same problem today using the Global server. The same happened a week ago (Rest Service Failure 27/08/2025), I don’t know what’s happening with the REST service, but I lost data and operability these days because of this issue.
Also experiencing significant delays with webhook submissions via the REST service on the Global server. I just copied a survey to the EU server and it appears to be working normally. Any updates from the Kobo team regarding issues with the REST service on the global server?
REST service posts are still not being sent consistently for every submission in a form. This ia a critical issue for us as well. There is essential data processing (unique id number generation, notifications etc.) after the form submission is posted to our server via the REST service. This is causing a severe disruption.
No response from Kobo team…it has been over 24 hours.
