Retrieve a deleted project?

Someone has accidentally deleted our 2 forms. Can you please find any traces as we had the collected data in our mobiles.

Name of the deleted project गौमुखी घरधुरी प्रश्नवली which has around 2300 data and Institutional Questionnaire Gaumukhi

We are in great trouble. What is the possible solution ?
