ReturnURL it's working?

I created a link and added the parameter ?returnURL=https://www.google.com as a test, but it doesn’t work.

Yes, the link was Online Only (Single submission)

I tried it, and i think you are right. After applying the same method mentioned in the help page, it still returns the Kobo’s thank you page

Hi, I think the issue may be the parameter name. KoboToolbox’s current documentation uses return_url rather than returnURL.

Since you’re using Online-Only (single submission), try:

https://ee.kobotoolbox.org/single/RNACkP09?return_url=https://www.google.com

KoboToolbox specifically documents return_url for redirecting users after submission.

There’s also an older Community Forum discussion confirming that Kobo changed from returnURL to return_url.
