Welcome to the community, @aldembele65 ! Maybe you should be able to design your survey form that is able to upload file as discussed in our previous post:

If you are using an XLSForm, you can try adding a column header of body::accept and then the file types you want to accept for the file-type question.

Welcome to the community! KoBoToolbox does not allow you to upload multiple files for the file type question. However you could slightly twist it and make it possible by using the repeat function in the xlsform (as shown in the image below):
