Save Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'before'

I have a deployed survey and two people have gotten this error: Save error “Object doesn’t support property or method ‘before’”. Has anyone had this error and/or know how to fix it!

Please tell them to check… internet connection, setting (URL, password etc).

Hi Suman- They both have good internet and have tried this in Internet Explorer and without Chrome. Can you explain why bad internet would cause this problem? I don’t understand the root issue so I can’t have them try different things. But they do have good internet! Thanks for your follow-up/
