Hi,
I know this does not have a ton of information (I am trying to get more from my data collector), but we have one individual using a SONY C2305 who is consistently unable to save or upload assessments he has completed. Trying to find out the Android and browser versions.
The error “Save Error An unknown error occurred when trying to save data” is returned. We haven’t been able to figure out a workaround on this device and any assistance is appreciated.
