"Save Form Edit" is not working in Kobo collect apps

I have experiencing this issue, I couldn’t see/edit “Save Form Edit” in Kobo collect or ODK apps.
how can i get this.

@meal_cdd, kindly please be informed that you can only edit a submission if you have saved the submission as Draft. If you have saved it as Finalized, then please be informed that you are not able to make edits to the submission from the app anymore. You will need to login to the server and then make edits to the submissions.
