Search function and preloads not working

Hi all,

I’m trying to upload pre-loaded information in a dynamic way in my survey, but the survey just won’t recognize the uploaded data. I’m attaching pictures of how I’m setting up the form and the csv file. I’m really struggling to see why this is not working.

Do you have any hints?

Just to be clear, what exactly are these 2 columns? (the column header isnt show). ie default vs calculation vs appearance vs …

The left one is calculate, the right one is appearance.
