Does anyone know if access to Kobo server is guaranteed over time ? How can I know if I’ll be able to consult my data after ten years (for audit purpose for example) ?
Is there any documentation on this topic ?

Welcome to the community, @dez_im_ope! Please be informed that once you create an account with KoBoToolbox, you are able to collect data and store the same in your user account. The data that is stored in your account stays there as long as you wish to have it there. It only gets deleted when you delete them manually.
