In this form, there is a question used to identify the project. Since all project activities in our working area are similar, the intention is to use one unified form for all projects.
When Project 1 is selected and the data is entered, exporting the results to Excel should automatically separate the data into a dedicated worksheet named after the project.
When Project 2 is selected, a new worksheet within the same Excel file should be created for that project, and so on for the remaining projects.
