We use a single tool for multiple projects with the same questions, and we need Kobo to automatically segment the data by project (a separate dataset for each project) without manual selection or subsequent filtering, similar to the logic of repeat groups. Is there a way to segment the data by project code, with each project on a single page?
@WajeehMSoultan, you may need to provide more details and the exact steps elaborating your requirement so that the community could understand and help you out if it’s possible through KoboToolbox.
In this form, there is a question used to identify the project. Since all project activities in our working area are similar, the intention is to use one unified form for all projects.
When Project 1 is selected and the data is entered, exporting the results to Excel should automatically separate the data into a dedicated worksheet named after the project.
When Project 2 is selected, a new worksheet within the same Excel file should be created for that project, and so on for the remaining projects.
This approach aims to simplify data management and grant each staff member access only to the data
