Select multiple with multiple choice filter (Vulnerability Assessment)

Dear Kobo experts,

I am trying to build a simple form of vulnerability assessment where the type of vulnerability should be appear in the following question based one the previous data that entered (age and gender) as the following pattern.

|Unaccompanied Child - Male or Female and Child (age<18)
|Children at Risk| - Male or Female and Child (age<18)
|Woman at risk| - Female and Adult (age>18)
|Older person at risk| - Male or Female and Elderly (age>60)
|Person with Disability| - Male or Female and All age
|Serious Medical Condition| - Male or Female and All age

I’m also uploading the xls form which is not correct yet.

Your support to the solution is highly appreciated. Cheers

@k_edwin, seems like you are missing to share the cut-off score that classifies the case to a particular vulnerable condition.

Thank you @Kal_Lam I didn’t have the cut-off score (or didn’t calculate it). I just simply put filter for those vulnerable condition by gender and age. When I filter with only gender using repeat choices, it is working. But I just can’t find a way to add more filter such as age

@k_edwin, you could do it as outlined in the image shared below:

In the survey tab of your XLSForm:

In the choices tab of your XLSForm:

In the settings tab of your XLSForm:
