Select One From Dynamic Data Attachment

I have 2 forms which I want to link using Dynamic Data Attachments:

  1. Demo Farm Registration
  2. Demo Farm Follow Up

In Demo Farm Registration form, I register a 3 demo farms

  1. Demo1 in Region=Singida, District=Iramba, Ward=Kiomboi and Village= Kinampanda
  2. Demo2 in Region=Singida, District=Iramba, Ward=Kiomboi and Village= Kinampanda
  3. Demo3 in Region=Singida, District=Mkalama, Ward=Ikungi and Village=Qash

In Demo Farm Follow Up form, I enter Region=Singida, District=Iramba, Ward=Kiomboi and Village= Kinampanda. I expect to select one of the two Demos displayed in a select one list(Demo1 and Demo2). Is this possible?

In summary, can I use Dynamic Data Attachments to cascade select entities?

@Tumaini, this is not possible. Kindly please be informed that the DDA works exactly like the pulldata function meaning you will need a unique identifier to pull the information.
