My team and I recently ran into an issue while we were setting our data collectors onto the kobocollect app. After selecting “get blank form” a message pops up saying “server requires authentication, invalid username or password”.
Even though the username and password are correct it still gives that error message. We Even tried changing the password and the issue remained the same.
I am kindly asking for some assistance on this issue and how to proceed with rectifying it. Thank you for your time.
