Server Error (500) from NL

Dear all,

As a loyal user, I am running the last weeks into the problem that after logging in on KoBoToolbox, I receive a blank page with the message of a ‘Server Error (500)’. I can’t figure out why I am receiving this message. Do you have any tips on this?
