Server Error (500) Table view

Hi,
We’ve been using KoboToolbox for three years, and now we are having an issue with two forms, that present the error in the Table view, inside the Data tab:
“ Server Error (500)

Server Error (500)

”
Only this message shows up and nothing else.

We can still see the map with the GPS positions of the events, and we can still download the data, but the Table and Gallery views don’t work anymore.

Has anyone had the same problem and was able to fix it?

We are using the Kobo server

Hi @tfalotico and welcome to the community!

There are 2 public instances of Kobo servers, the EU one and the KF one. Can you share which server are you using?

@tfalotico can you try to log-out, clear cache and log-in again?

@tfalotico, which browser are you using? Do you get the same issue on the other browsers too?

I tried to log out and clear the cache. Didn’t work.
I also tried to access it in Brave, Safari, and Firefox. Same error.
