I am stll getting server error(500). s ths due to mantainance issue,? I am receiving the following error message when I try to deploy updated form
"Server Error(500) Something went wrong when trying to process your request. so i tried old still form but stll got same message .
I am receiving the following error message when I try to deploy form. i made few changes in the previous form, later i tried to deploy the previous version but still set same message. when I tried to preview the form it said “itemset” . i also tried to validate the xlsform, it also through same error.
Welcome to the community @shvnaga! You could always validate your XLSForm through this online validator. The online validator should help you identify any syntax issues that are affecting the form deployment.

I had tried the online validator. it say error :itemset. I did tried with old forms as well (which i had already deployed in kobo, it also have same issue, I checked the choices and choice_filter, I couldn’t found the error..So also tried the same form from my colleague account, I face same issue. i have attached

Hello, ever since the update from Aug 13, submission in EU server kobotoolbox seems to be taking too long and sometimes, we cannot even force push the submission. We are from Myanmar and we are using EU server. Could someone please check?
Try this corrected version., maybe it’ll work, check the choice list and replace with your original label, also check instance_name in settings sheet.
