Hi there, we have an ongoing project with records constantly coming into our system. However, we are finding that our server goes down intermittently, displaying a bad gateway error. It seems to fix itself momentarily, before going down again. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Welcome to the community, @marthinus! Would you mind letting us know the server you are using? Would you also mind sharing with us a screenshot of your issue (this should help us understand your issue pictorially)?
Thank you, @Kal_Lam , we are on kobo.humanitarianresponse.info (am I understanding your question correctly?) At present the system is working, but earlier today we noticed that it took longer and longer to load our records, and our validators encountered a bad gateway error multiple times. I can send you a screenshot as soon as it goes down again.
