Server issue with EU server

Hi,
just like end of December 2023, since this afternoon we are haveing the same problem while connecting to the server:
“502 Bad Gateway”. My question is a server side problem or a user side problem?
Can anyone help with this issue?

I´m still wondering why yeasterday we have again the same issue as December.
