Hi there. I have a project shared with other users, all of whom have been able to download the form in KoboCollect. Recently I shared the project with 2 new users, giving them permission to see the form and to add sends. Although they can see the project in their desktop app (kobotoolbox), they cannot download the form in KoboCollect as it is not shown in the available forms to download in the mobile app. What can I do to solve this issue?
