Asking how can ensure a shared project shows its only total submissions without opening the project and navigating to the data tab? It only shows overall project submissions from the main project when the any one can see submissions on the project is checked.

While this second image is from a shared project but it does not show its own submissions.
Hi @napa it sounds like you’re not able to see the number of submissions on a shared project without having to open the project itself.
On your Sharing Permissions tab, can you check and confirm if the settings is like as shown in the below screenshot?
I am assuming in your case, the view submissions option might be selected to view either from:
- Specific users or
- based on a condition.
You can also share your sharing options screenshot if it does not look like this.
