Sharing form data to support ticketing system via email

Hi there, looking for advice on whether it’s possible to use a Kobo form to submit tech support requests to an email-based ‘helpdesk’-style ticketing system. Essentially, I’d like to provide a support request form to district-level coordinators using Kobo for when they need to escalate an issue. The responses in the Kobo form (simple logic, essentially just contact details and description of the problem) would need to be exported to an email which would be automatically sent to a support email ID, which would then trigger opening of a ticket in another platform. Kobo just needs to create and send the first email with the complete form data inside once the form is submitted. Has anyone done something similar? Thanks!
