Sharing the Project

Dear KoboToolbox Community,

I tried to share my project with one of my colleagues. Although I changed my settings to “ask permission for authentication”, the system does not allow to share the project. When I enter the other account name, the warning of “the account does not exist” occurs. I checked the account name and there is no problem with my colleague’s account.

Could you please help me with this issue?

Can you check if the user and the form you’re trying to share is in the same server?
